Il aura fallu que Seno attende ses 30 ans pour sortir son premier album « Même les anges pleurent ». Le rappeur d’Evreux livre pour l’occasion un 17 titres polymorphe et personnel : tour à tour intimiste (« D’un père à son fils »), léger (« Cinq minutes pour s’évader »), rentre-dedans (« J’représente mon sect’eure ») ou carrément dark (grâce à la prod de Smeda sur « Prisonnier de mon esprit »), Seno fait la preuve de sa polyvalence. Toujours mélodieux, souvent impressionnant de par son débit, il bénéficie de productions originales et de qualité. Se succèdent avec cohérence derrière les machines Dogg Master (qui donne également de la voix sur « Mec à l’ancienne »), Lexa mais aussi Seno lui-même avec l’appui de SCH. Influencé par le son californien, Seno a su l’intégrer et y ajouter sa patte, de quoi dépasser les clivages. Une révélation de ce début 2005. |
