Both shows were insane, lots of kids that were doing a Rock the Vote concert, and there was a lot of love for John Kerry but I reminded the people there that even if he was elected we should hold him to the same standard that we have held Bush to and not just think that he going to usher in a utopian era of peace. I was also rudely awakened after my show in Denver by some racist Task Force DEA agents, they broke into my room and accused my of selling cocaine and heroin, they flipped my mattress and searched my suitcase for crack. I was telling them that I was an artist and I proved it with all the flyers, and I showed them the merch sheets when they found my dough stash. Without being able to pin a crime on me they accused me of being rude....I'm a Harlem nigga. I just had to let these fuckin' pigs know...
I told them the same way they work and come home to their families, I work too... I hustle for my Mom and for my sisters and cousins that I help out with college. I hustle for my brother and his wife now that he's in Iraq. I told them that Education was Revolution and then I looked at the one Latino cop and told him that and not assimilation was the key to achieving an economic and political success in America for Latinos...He looked at me and I refused to look away, he then left the room with his partners after tearing up my room and entering without a warrant. They claimed to have seen money in my room, but when they knocked I had the latch on it when I answered, I never invited those people in so how did they see money on the table. Thanks for the racism Denver, I appreciate your Police Dept. reminding me why we are doing this. Funny how they broke out mad quick when my camera man started filming them and showed them his papers to make a DVD, they just left immediately... Chanchos... How did the Pigs know my name off the bat and what room I was staying in, they knocked before and pretended to be the wrong room, then came back with 4 or 5 extra muthafuckaz...I wonder when they gonna stop sending these peons after me and I can just have a sit down with the CIA and the Feds and they can give me their list of grievances...Sending DEA is wild pussy, why not complain to me directly..."
